Payment & Deposit Information
Payment in the form of Paypal, Venmo, Apple Cash, personal checks, and credit cards (MasterCard/VISA) are accepted. Personal checks may require time to clear for new customers.
Deposits are non-refundable unless we fail to produce said animal. Deposits are 20% of list price for the animal. Please do not send a deposit unless you are committed to purchasing the animal
PAYMENT PLAN TERMS
We offer payment plans for animals priced $350 or more. Payment plans are not eligible for discounts. They must be at full list price. The deposit amount is 20% minimum. Full payment must be complete within 60 days from time of deposit. You must complete your current plan before beginning another one. Payment plan payments are nonrefundable.
*Please do not enter into a payment plan agreement unless you intend to complete it because there will be no refunds on payments made for incomplete payment plans.
HOW DO I BEGIN A PAYMENT PLAN?
To begin a payment plan please contact us thru contact form. Tell us the ID number and title of the animal you want to reserve. We will structure your payments any way you want. So also tell us how you want the payments. For example, $100 per month or $200 per week. Whatever works for you is fine with us as long as the plan is complete within 60 days. When you finish, we will need you to contact us to arrange a shipping date. We are not monitoring invoices to see when they are complete.
Live Arrival Guarantee
All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, in good condition and correctly sexed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt.
The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
Shipping Information All live animals are shipped using Fedex priority overnight shipping.
Live animals are only shipped Monday-Thursday.
Live Animal Return Policy
Our goal is to please every customer. We want you to be happy with any animal purchased from Rustys-Balls and we are here to help with questions, concerns or just general care advice. In most cases we will be able to accommodate return requests to ensure your experience exceeds your expectations.
All of Rustys-Balls animals are Captive Bred at our facility. Therefore the babies we sell are generally very tame and friendly. Most temperament problems are very short term and will resolve once the animal adjusts to its new environment. In some cases we will agree to an exchange for temperament after we have exhausted other efforts. Occasionally when a reptile is moved into a completely new environment feeding issues can arise. We take these very seriously and will be here every step of the way to help resolve these issues. If we have tried to resolve the feeding issue and the animal still will not eat, we will be happy to exchange the animal for you. We will send you a return label and once the animal is received we will ship your replacement animal.
We cannot offer any cash refunds or credit card refunds for any reason, exchange only. No refunds on any payments. Any disputes must be handled outside of the credit card chargeback process. All returns of live animals are strictly at our discretion. We cannot guarantee your husbandry practices and therefore there is no guarantee longer than 24 hours. We must be notified within 24 hours of any concern for an exchange to be considered. Once an exchange is agreed upon, we will send you an invoice for the shipping payment to be made prior to us sending the return labels. Upon receipt we will email you a Fedex return label to return your animal to us. Once we receive the animal we will make arrangements to ship your exchange animal to you.
